Come have some encaustic fun!
I have the privilege of teaching encaustic painting at Outside the Box Studio in Littleton, CO — a truly wonderful place to create. Just added: Essential Encaustic, July 9 & 10, 2025. This class is designed for beginners; those who have taken a beginner class and know there is so much more to learn; and for those who have taken a class, but it's been a minute and a refresher is needed. I strive to adjust to the folks in the room!
Summer Art Camp (teens)—The Art of Encaustic
The ASLD 2025 summer camp is live, so register now! The encaustic class is June 9-13, 2025, 8:30-noon every day, for 13-17-year-olds. This will be my third year teaching teens and it has been such fun making friends with these fascinating people. What a great way to kick off summer!
Essential Encaustic at Weehawken
I will be heading to lovely Ridgeway, Colorado in the fall to teach a beginning/refresher course at the amazing Weehawken Creative Arts Centers (they have facilities in Ridgeway, Ouray and Montrose). Want to join me? September 13 & 14, 2025, 9-4 each day.
